Hi Viktor!!

Thanks to you, we had the most wonderful day!! With my illness, Jerry's being busy at work, and our finances, we've had a lot of stressful days lately, but today we didn't worry about anything, just had a great time. Jerry hasn't smiled and laughed like he did today in a long time, nor did I. We went to Valley of Fire and it was absolutely beautiful. Pain is my worst symptom, yesterday was a bad day for me, but I woke up this morning feeling good and I felt wonderful after a day on the bike in the fresh air. You'll never know how much your generosity meant to us. Jerry's been talking non-stop all evening since we got home, and I love to see him so happy. Thank you, Viktor, from the bottom of my heart. Your staff were all so nice and friendly to us. Jerry says he'll never forget this day and neither will I. God bless you, Viktor and, again, thanks for giving us this perfect day. We both have friends back in Indiana and Michigan who talk about coming out and renting Harleys, and we'll definitely send them to you. I've attached a couple of pics so you know what we look like.

Thanks for a very nice experience with your rental service. We (me and Jan) really enjoyed our visit to Vegas, and the motorcycle-trip we made with your V-rod and "Big-T" will have a place in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

We just wanted to thank you so much for renting us the Ultra Classic for 1 day while we were out there. We had an absolute wonderful time. We were checking all over for a bike for one day that weekend but no one would rent us one due to the Laughlin River Run so we truly appreciate what you did and next time we're in Las Vegas, we will definitely rent a bike from Escape Eagles. I vacationed in Las Vegas with my wife and grown children August of 2003. We rented (2) Harleys at Escape Eagles and they were wonderful to deal with. Jenny & Tom went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. We took a trip to Hoover Dam and up Lake Mead to the Valley of Fire which is a MUST SEE on a Harley. I highly recommend them for your excursion.
While talking, to Jenny, about a trip my wife and I had planned to Switzerland, she explained that her partner, Viktor was from there and currently on vacation back home. I communicated with Viktor several times about our trip to Europe and he was extremely helpful. He can arrange tours or get a bike booked for you. I met Viktor while vacationing in Europe July, 2004. We drove the winding back rodes of Switzerland and had a wonderful visit with him. If you need a Harley Davidson to ride, here or abroad, Escape Eagles, Las Vegas are the people you need to see. I look forward to seeing them in the future and I am sure you will to.

My previous rental experience (at other rental shops) always ended in disappointment. How many times have we been talked down to as though we didn't know how to ride, rented machines that would not start or run, been charged for extras?
This will not happen at Escape Eagles unless its self inflicted. Viktor and his Team treated us like we'd known them forever, are honest and knowledgeable business people who go out of their way to make you happy.
